"I can succeed as an Architect Senior at Capital Group (CG)." As an Sr. Architect, you will join the Global Technology Strategy and Architecture (GTSA) team and support Global Business Service and Enterprise Technology Service portfolio. Global Business Service is a collection of business areas with enterprise-wide responsibilities that impact all of Capital Group: (1) Global Finance; (2) Human Resources; (3) Legal and Compliance; (4) Global Communications; (5) Global Risk Management; (6) Office Services; and (7) the Enterprise Change Office. Enterprise Technology Services covers IT for IT and Collaboration technology Services. You will partner with business. IT delivery team, and other solution architects to influence and define strategic technology direction, target state solutions, and develop product roadmaps. Capital Group Leadership are expecting GTSA to define target state architecture that can scale and support our business growth on a global scale. This is an exciting time to come onboard and drive the evolution needed to support Capital Group's long-term strategic plan, driving transformational change and innovation across organization. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
