The Job/What You'll Do:

The Manager, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for coaching, managing, and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. The Manager provides effective thought leadership, sets performance benchmarks, analyzes data/metrics, executes comprehensive talent attraction strategies, and understands how to prioritize to meet business objectives. Works closely with HR and department leadership as a consultative advisor with a focus on developing innovative solutions and project plans to meet the hiring needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead, develop and coach a high-functioning team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure delivery of a best-in-class hiring experience to our candidates and hiring managers.
  • Drive adoption across the team by introducing, monitoring, and measuring KPIs and other mission critical results.
  • Design and implement a rigorous, engaging, and data-driven talent acquisition strategy that enables us to scale with confidence.
  • Partner with our Brand and Development team to develop campaigns and strategies that position Solari as an Employer of Choice among the market's most critical and sought-after talent.
  • Evaluate, improve, and implement new recruiting solutions (search, AI platforms), technologies (ATS, HRIS), and interview processes (assessment tools, scoring rubrics) to ensure an ironclad and centralized talent acquisition function.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners) to establish timely and accurate headcount forecasting that will drive internal and external talent attraction strategies and allow for effective TA resource planning.
  • Champion DEI focus throughout the end-to-end recruiting process (intake, posting, attraction/posting strategy, interview, assessment, selection and offer).
  • Other duties as assigned



Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:



  • Expertise leveraging market analysis to define and execute effective, multi-prong talent strategies, assessments, and closing approaches in support of regional hiring.
  • Experience utilizing data sets and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals.
  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurements.
  • Experience participating in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new recruiting technologies such as ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act professionally and maintains appropriate boundaries with clients and staff.
  • Ability to report as scheduled to work, meetings, training, and job-related activities prepared and as scheduled.

Education & Experience:



  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field, required
  • 4+ years leadership experience required
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Preferred

    • A comparable combination of education and/or applicable experience and/or training will be considered if candidate does not meet minimum requirements




Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; they must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
