OVERVIEW:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the company's key accounts orders flow and inventory down to the level of online availabiliy. Focus is on maximizing in-stocks while reducing cycle time and total system inventory. Externally focused, the Replenishment Analyst is the first point of contact for our customers supply chain organizations and are the resident expert in that customer's supply chain methods and technologies. Responsible for the development, analysis, management and maintenance of insights management and JBP on the Personal Care brands. Responsible for internal forecast management for the Amazon account.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily monitor orders, deliveries and customer in-stock data.
- Weekly analysis of company performance to support the account's Net Sales target and customer POS and associated internal/external reporting, while balancing inventory to support customer KPI goals.
- Utilize sales analytical software as primary source for analytics for Replenishment activities.
- Lead the effort, working directly with Customer account team members, to develop and implement replenishment strategies for new launches, promotions and existing items which support both the company and customer metrics and goals.
- Collaborate with the Customer to influence ordering for promotional volumes, manage promotional calendars and analyze previous historical data for promotional movement.
- Weekly tracking and assessment of internal/external data: Scorecard and POS tracking, inventory on hand, customer order pattern and forecast accuracy, logistical data and supply chain analysis. Requires a full understanding of both internal and external processes, organizational structure and metrics.
- Lead projects to improve customer collaboration with the customer and internal (for example: On Shelf Availability, order optimization, etc).
- Build and manage multi-level relationships with internal and external customers as the single point of contact for customer supply chain issues. Travel to customer locations for periodic meetings and project reviews.
- Forecasting & Reporting - Contribute to sales forecast across all brands, gaining input from the total team.
- Development and management of the Supply Chain Joint Business Plan which includes monthly updates to key Account Personnel and BDF management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/BA with an emphasis in business and or/IT desired
- 5-7+ years in an Amazon customer facing role for a company in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations
- Experience with ISTA6 testing and certification
- Strong analytical and computer skills, including data manipulation and interpretation using Excel, Access and analytical systems. Preferred experience with retail customer web portals such as Vendor Central, Profitero, and 3rd party sales analytics software; experience with SAP R3 a plus
- Proactive and creative problem solving, particularly in areas of order tracking, replenishment, and inventory management, with direct experience in eComm
- Strong project management, presentation, and execution skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to provide actionable insights and resolve issues, with a demonstrated passion for teamwork
- Customer-focused; ability to balance BDF and customer goals
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to travel periodically to meet with key accounts, (10% travel)
