Job Details The Director of Strength and Conditioning is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strength, conditioning, and injury prevention programs for all varsity athletic teams. This position plays a critical role in enhancing athletic performance, reducing injury risk, and promoting overall health and wellness. In addition to coaching responsibilities, the role will include duties that align with the candidate's strengths, experiences, and professional goals. These responsibilities may include administrative support within the athletic department or coordinating fitness and wellness programming for the broader campus community. Those with a background in athletics administration may contribute to areas such as event management, compliance, or student-athlete development. Candidates with expertise in fitness and wellness will have the opportunity to develop initiatives that engage students, faculty, and staff in health and fitness activities beyond varsity athleticsJob Description Essential Functions
