These test systems include testing for acoustic, electrical, and electromagnetic metrics of hearing aids, accessories, raw components, and sub-systems. Additionally, working with design group engineers and technicians, this position is responsible for gathering and interpreting industry plus company standards, documenting test procedures, creating user-friendly test environments, executing Gauge R&R, and ensuring data integrity. Finally, this position may also support the design groups, research, and continuation groups in problem-solving issues, identifying problems and their root causes, and suggesting solutions. Define, document, maintain, and deploy test system improvements for customers and end users
Continuously monitor, seek, and evaluate new improvement ideas for test systems
Support product development, research, and continuation engineering teams

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
