What You Will Do as an Associate Marketing Manager:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. This role is vital to helping build a robust pipeline for our sales team by executing demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. As an integral member of the Demand Generation team, you will work closely with sales team members to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, webinars, and events.
  • Develop content strategies and messaging frameworks to engage target personas across the buyer's journey.
  • Build and manage lead generation initiatives that deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads.
  • Develop and execute nurture streams that align with buyer intent, firmographics, and industry-specific needs.
  • Partner with sales to identify high-priority target accounts and develop tailored ABM campaigns by creating personalized content and messaging.
  • Measure and report on all aspects of campaign performance, including engagement, pipeline contribution, actionable insights to improve RIO and revenue impact.
  • Develop a variety of content formats, including infographics, explainer videos, eGuides, and case studies to support demand generation and ABM efforts and aligns with Workwear Outfitters brand voice and goals.
  • Implement and optimize lead management processes, including lead scoring, grading, segmentation, and engagement tracking that will allow for a smooth handoff process with the remote sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure they have access to relevant content, tools, and insights to build pipeline and close deals.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing, preferably in B2B.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce and Google Analytics is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in creating high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including written and visual media.
  • Understanding of lead management processes, including scoring, grading, segmentation, and intent monitoring.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance.
