SET THE COURSE

Within a structured team, assist the development and management of integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns and projects that span eCommerce, Email, Digital, Social, Retail, Restaurants, Outlets, and Resorts, in domestic and international markets.

Support Senior Marketing Manager across all job functions as directed, contributing to the quality, consistency, and alignment of marketing materials, messages, and channels, for campaigns, promotions, direct mail, and more. Omnichannel campaigns and promotions within the scope of this role include loyalty, bounce-back, product launches, gift with purchase, end of season, and sweepstakes.

This role entails a blend of administrative, creative, and analytic responsibilities. Tasks range from repetitious to novel. Work is completed in a combination of individual, collaborative, self-directed, and manager directed modes. Day-to-day activities include maintaining planning and campaign calendars, updating documentation and reporting, coordinating intra and inter team communication, managing marketing collateral, and performing additional tasks on request.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

• Support Sr. Marketing Manager across all job functions, as directed.
• Assist development, maintenance, and communication of campaign and project schedules, calendars, briefs, toolkits, materials, reporting, and expenses.
• Participate in the concept, strategy, creative review process, and end-to-end execution of campaigns.
• Coordinate multiple, simultaneous tasks and projects on tight timelines.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Track key metrics and progress of marketing campaigns and assist with evaluating performance.
• Contribute to planning, communication, and operational cohesion across all Tommy Bahama marketing channels.
• Create strong, collaborative relationships across the organization, ensuring alignment and coordinated achievement of the company's business objectives.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Generally, 3+ years' experience in a marketing or merchandising support role
• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization, with great attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously under the pressure of tight deadlines
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (or equivalent) is a plus
• Familiar with or comfortable learning: SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Smartsheet, project management applications.
• Maintains a growth mindset, with eagerness to learn, receptivity to feedback and direction, and willingness to adapt.
• Able to track and support a volume of varied projects on tight timelines within a high-productivity environment.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Rate Range: $78,000 to $96,300 annually
