About the Role:

At Boston Scientific, our Rebates and Fees Team ensures accurate and timely rebate payments that support our customers and business partners. Join us as a Rebate Analyst and help drive efficiency in a role that directly impacts our customers and company success.

The Rebate Analyst III is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant rebate payments for the business. This role involves conducting sales data analyses to evaluate customer contract performance and primarily managing the settlement and payment of CRM rebates. Additionally, this role supports customers by ensuring contract compliance and resolving complex rebate-related issues in collaboration with internal partners, customers, and the sales force.

Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of rebate payments to customers.
  • Provide analytical support to senior and principal-level rebate analysts for complex rebate evaluations.
  • Collect and analyze customer market share data to assess contract performance.
  • Utilize Boston Scientific's Model N Revenue Management system to analyze and process rebate payments.
  • Communicate with the sales field regarding rebate performance and prepare customer-facing reports on earned rebates.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract requirements to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of rebate obligations.
  • Support internal reporting processes related to rebate payments and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup, and customer requirements.
  • Develop solutions for a variety of moderately complex business challenges.
  • Apply sound judgment to determine appropriate actions, considering available alternatives and their impact on business operations.



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of professional experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, data validation, and complex formula development for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Experience working with contracts, including contract interpretation and compliance.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience using Tableau for data visualization and SAP for enterprise resource planning.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team-oriented environment.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
