What You'll Do:

As a Regional Vice President, you will:
Provide strategic leadership to Regional Portfolio Leaders, ensuring top-tier property management practices.
Hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, and marketing activities to drive optimal results.
Oversee budget preparation and financial performance, ensuring properties operate at or above budgeted Net Operating Income.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Standards, REAC inspections, and company policies.
Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners while implementing property management best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of supervisory experience in apartment property management, with at least 2 years of on-site management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, and property management software.
Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or candidate status preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
