Position Summary: The Global Director of Material Planning and Logistics is a pivotal leadership role within Methode Electronics, responsible for overseeing and optimizing our global supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in supply chain management, particularly within the automotive and manufacturing sectors, and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. The successful candidate will demonstrate a results-oriented approach and will lead a multicultural, matrixed team across diverse geographic regions, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership. The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is $203,000 to $260,000. This position is eligible to participate in an incentive plan.Metrics and level of participation are determined annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
