The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, and employee-centric individual to join our dynamic Wellbeing and Benefits team. TheMental Health Program Managerwill play a critical role in -leading and managing key wellbeing programs with a strong focus on our mental health plans and initiatives. This role focuses on building strong cross-functional partnerships with internal teams and external collaborators to create exceptional employee experiences while aligning with Adobe's business priorities. Reporting to the Director of Global Wellbeing, this position will manage U.S. and select global programs, aligning initiatives with Adobe's Global Wellbeing and benefits strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and run mental health and emotional wellbeing programs in alignment with Adobe's global strategy, ensuring they drive measurable impact.

  • Develop and implement strategic engagement plans for mental health programs with our internal partners to increase awareness, utilization, and reduce stigma.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive our Mental Health programs and initiatives and align operational and engagement strategies with Adobe's key priorities.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams-including Benefits, Talent Development, Legal, Diversity & Inclusion, Safety & Security, and Employee Resource Center-to deliver relevant, streamlined mental health and support programs and create a unified employee experience.

  • Lead vendor relationships, ensure effective service delivery, regular performance reviews, and alignment with mental health program goals.

  • Analyze mental health and wellbeing program data to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and recommend enhancements that improve employee wellbeing.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, ensure compliance and resources are up-to-date.

  • Act as a key point of contact to resolve employee inquiries and support policy interpretation.

  • Work closely with Employee Communications and external consultants to deliver impactful messaging and engagement for new, existing, and retired programs.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Project Management & Execution: Strong project management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Collaboration & Influence: Strong social skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making in a matrixed environment.

  • Employee Focus: A passion for enhancing employee experience with a proactive, problem-solving approach to addressing employee needs.

  • Data-Driven Attitude: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform decisions and program improvements.

  • Adaptability & Self-Direction: Comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation to drive projects to completion.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills emphasizing clarity, persuasion, and partner engagement.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred), case management solutions, and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years working with health plans, leading mental health benefits and wellbeing programs, including vendor management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $88,000 -- $192,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
