Our Company The Opportunity Adobe is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, and employee-centric individual to join our dynamic Wellbeing and Benefits team. TheMental Health Program Managerwill play a critical role in -leading and managing key wellbeing programs with a strong focus on our mental health plans and initiatives. This role focuses on building strong cross-functional partnerships with internal teams and external collaborators to create exceptional employee experiences while aligning with Adobe's business priorities. Reporting to the Director of Global Wellbeing, this position will manage U.S. and select global programs, aligning initiatives with Adobe's Global Wellbeing and benefits strategy. What You'll Do

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
