As the On-Line DMV Lead, you will provide the manager with feedback on all team members for performance reviews, recognition, and training needs. Process and maintain files concerning title and registration actions or all clients' units, identify, research, and resolve all problems and concerns. This person should be capable of performing all of the responsibilities of the Online DMV Title Associate as well as providing team members assistance and guidance.

This role is the first stop for technical issues arising within the Collateral Services teams. It ensures that work is being completed accurately and efficiently. It is vitally important vehicles are registered, processed, etc. in a timely manner with no mistakes to ensure our customer's vehicles are on the road and compliant.

This role will require processing and mailing transactions directly from our Owings Mills, Maryland location. It will be onsite 4 days per week.

A Day in the Life

  • Oversee daily operational efforts of the team; direct employees on daily tasks while driving to achieve BSC metrics and provide coaching and feedback to the team as needed
  • Solve issues as first line leader, escalate when needed; processes and maintains files concerning title and registration actions for all clients' units, identifies, researches, and resolves any problems and concerns
  • Partners closely with the Manager to drive strategic initiatives forward
  • Oversee time and attendance, noting any performance trends of employees that require Manager intervention

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or processing environment
  • Experience within Collateral Services preferred
  • High school diploma required, 2- or 4-year degree preferred
  • Maintain a good driving record, state specific motor vehicle record checks and background checks required to get DMV direct access
  • Must be able to work in the country where position is posted without support from the organization
  • Must be able to work in-office 4 days per week

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600 to $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
