Job Description Responsible for attending and executing store resets are schedule accounts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Move, stack, and rearrange products on the store shelves and/or coolers
- Ability to read, understand, and adhere to schematic requirements during implementation of resets
- Build and install shelving according to planograms/schematics
- Provide excellent customer service and develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives
- Perform routine audits to ensure compliance with schematics
- The use of power tools and non-power tools during reset set ups
- Stocking and/or restocking of merchandise, all vendor SKUs, once shelves have been set
- Travel to neighbor islands, some overnight stays, dependent on workforce needs
- Driving company van
- Bending and lifting up to 50lbs at any given time
- Retrieving shippers and racks for account manager requests
- Associates will be expected to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as directed by management
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license, good driving record, proof of insurance (SR-22 is not acceptable), and a reliable means of transportation for getting to and from customer accounts.
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Prefer a working knowledge of the beverage industry or grocery retail experience.
- Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities.

- Operates a pallet jack and hand cart to transport products all in a safe manner.
- This position requires constant lifting/moving/pushing/pulling of 27-55 pounds and occasionally lifting/moving/pushing/pulling of up to 170 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, lift from floor to waist and from shoulders to overhead, uses hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or other controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
