Description

Our Retail Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our team to ensure projects get done on time and within budget. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The marketing coordinator will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing campaign results; assisting with
preparation of marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional
presentations; updating calendars.
* Prepares marketing results by collecting and summarizing key performance indicators for marketing campaigns.
* Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock;
placing orders; verifying receipt.
* Supports marketing staff by providing data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product
information; relaying customer services requests.
* Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
* Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising

Experience
0-1+ years' marketing, advertising or comparable business experience

Knowledge / Technical Requirements
* Microsoft Office suite of programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Knowledge of creative production process.
* Familiarity with media planning and various marketing tactics.
* Digital marketing and social media experience is required.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication
* Strong phone presence.
* Excellent customer service skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $22.95- $30.29/ hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, hearing aid benefits, PTO, 6 paid holidays annually, 2 floater days annually, 1 volunteer service day annually, paid paternity leave, and tuition reimbursement.
