Under general supervision, maintains responsibility for the financial operations of the Development Department including charitable contribution management (online giving, direct mail, EFT etc), financial reporting, analysis and reconciliation, and management of all donor databases. Education: Bachelor's Degree Licensure: bCRE recommended Experience: 5 years' experience with financial recording and reporting of donor charitable gifts, preferably in a development office or nonprofit business setting. Knowledge of financial and fundraising software, including Raiser's Edge 7 or NXT, Luminate or other online giving software, Onbase, Microsoft Office. Accounting background helpful. Skills: * Blackbaud Raiser's Edge proficiency * Blackbaud Luminate proficiency * Ability to demonstrate accuracy of work * Understanding of IRS regulations pertaining to charitable donations * Strong customer service focus * Skill in oral and written communication * Skill in using computer and a variety of personal productivity applications Patient & Workplace Safety: Employee has knowledge and understanding of patient and workforce safety as it relates to job duties. Patient Population: Demonstrates competency in the delivery of care and applies the knowledge to meet age-specific needs if applicable. Pay Range $51,351.55 - $79,594.90 Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
