About This Role
Kansas State University's College of Agriculture and Department of Entomology seeks a highly qualified Fellow Post Doc. The main priority for this Post-Doc is to work on a multi-region, multi-institutional project funded by the USDA National Institute for Food and Agriculture- focusing on developing mitigation tactics, prediction models, and automated remote monitoring tools for ameliorating the biosecurity risk posed by the quarantined khapra beetle, and the invasive larger grain borer. The Kansas State University Department of Entomology is collaborating with the USDA-ARS Center for Grain and Animal Health Research in Manhattan, KS and the University of Thessaly (Volos, Greece) for this project.
