Immerse yourself in a state-of-the-art facility boasting 9 private beds, specifically designed to deliver exceptional care to adult patients undergoing short-term observation for a range of medical conditions. As a dedicated Registered Nurse, RN, in our unit, you'll have the opportunity to provide specialized care to individuals experiencing syncope, chest pain, hyperglycemia, dehydration, and mild asthma/COPD. Our goal is to offer an innovate alternative to discharge or traditional hospital admissions, providing extended observation periods (typically less than 72 hours) for emergency department patients who could benefit from additional monitoring and evaluation. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
