Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Vice President of Portfolio, Strategy & Sales Operations, the Cardiology Training Director will lead and execute the strategic vision on training programs to equip our sales teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to drive success and achieve company goals. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role will partner with across the commercial organization to maximize effectiveness of the field sales training through strategic analytics, strategy development and execution tactics. Position Overview: As the Cardiology Sales Training Director, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive sales training programs across all levels of the sales organization. Your primary objective will be to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team by ensuring clinical competency, improving sales performance, and supporting professional development. You will work closely with field sales leadership, sales operations, marketing, HR and divisional Presidents to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategic initiatives.
