JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY: The Senior HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Administrator is an individual responsible for managing and maintaining the HRIS software and systems within an organization. The position serves as a technical point-of-contact for Human Resource applications and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
