CAS is currently seeking an Industry Partnership Specialist. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Position Summary:

The CAS Marketing team develops and implements outreach strategies that elevate the CAS brand and achieve organizational growth goals. The Industry Partnerships Specialist will lead efforts to strengthen and expand external relationships with partner, customer, and prospect organizations to increase awareness of and build affinity for CAS among various market constituents. The incumbent will bring a proven record of creating programs that drive successful collaborations through convening global communities on themes of mutual interest.

Job Accountabilities:

Strategic Partnership Management:



  • Serves as the main point of contact in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, customers, and organizations to align their needs and interests with CAS capabilities
  • Globally identifies and fosters prospective partnerships with new collaborators and/or engagement opportunities that align with CAS growth objectives


Program Engagement Activation:



  • Plans, designs, and implements creative engagement and events strategies that positively stimulate growth, elevate CAS influence in the market, and advance collaborations with key business stakeholders
  • Develop agendas and materials that communicate CAS capabilities and resources
  • Manages end-to-end engagement logistics when needed
  • Identifies and recommends speaking opportunities for CAS subject matter experts


Reporting and Insights:



  • Sets, measures, and communicates goals and metrics
  • Prepares strategic recommendations and operational plans based on data
  • Stays up to date and factors industry news, trends, and competitive intelligence into decision making
  • Manages a detailed budget to a strict timeline


Team Collaboration and Leadership:



  • Collaborates effectively with other CAS internal teams, within a cross-functional environment
  • Communicates and works closely with executive-level leaders both internally and externally
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, or a related field. Prefer MBA
  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing partnerships and sponsorships in the event industry.
  • Prefer executive level event leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a working knowledge of intranet tools\Poised strategic thinker with experience communicating with senior executives and variety of stakeholders
  • Proven track record of executing globally focused leadership events and programs
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and operate independently to meet multiple deadlines
  • Self-motivated influencer with demonstrated strong communication skills (verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to inspire teams, engage senior level leaders and internal teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills to drive data-informed, results-based outcomes
  • Experience managing contracts, detailed budgets, and reporting
  • Experience working and collaborating cross functionally across several teams and partnering with leaders and SME's
  • Strong relationship building and client management skills with focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to navigate change effectively
