AsSr. Cybersecurity Analyst I, you'll ensure compliance with federal cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-53 rev. 5, FISMA, FedRAMP) and agency guidance to achieve and maintain ATOs for a portfolio of custom applications and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory frameworks, risk management, and security assessment and authorization (A&A) processes.

What you'll do:



  • You will work onsite 2-3 days a week in Washington, DC, collaborating with leadership, security engineers, and cross-functional teams to manage compliance efforts for sensitive government applications.


What you'll need to succeed:



  • Active Top Secret clearance is strongly preferred; candidates with an active Secret clearance will be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT compliance, security governance, or risk management roles in federal environments.
  • Proven experience with NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance frameworks.
  • CompTIA Security+ and at least one additional security certification, such as CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, CGRC, etc.
  • Proven experience achieving and maintaining ATOs for enterprise-level systems, platforms, and/or applications.
  • Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed security documentation and artifacts, including SSPs, POA&Ms, continuous monitoring plans, penetration testing plans, etc.
