This is a highly visible and strategic role for Snowflake as customers bet big on Snowflake for Data Engineering. AS A SENIOR/PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER FOR SNOWFLAKE CONNECTIVITY, YOU WILL:
Define and execute the strategy for Snowflake's developer-centric connectivity ecosystem, with a strong focus on Apache NiFi and open-source integrations. Champion developer experience by making it seamless to build, distribute, and operationalize custom connectors within Snowflake. Expand the Apache NiFi ecosystem, ensuring its adoption for high-scale data movement and real-time data processing. Own the product roadmap for Snowflake's connector ecosystem, prioritizing developer tooling, APIs, and platform capabilities. Engage with open-source communities to contribute to Apache NiFi's ongoing success, aligning Snowflake's capabilities with evolving industry needs. Work cross-functionally with engineering, documentation, developer relations, sales, and support teams to drive adoption and growth. Develop partnerships with technology providers and third-party developers to expand Snowflake's connectivity ecosystem. Engage with customers to understand their most pressing data integration needs and translate them into product enhancements. Measure success through developer engagement, connector adoption rates, and overall impact on Snowflake workloads.
OUR IDEAL SENIOR/PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER FOR SNOWFLAKE CONNECTIVITY WILL HAVE:
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in data integration, developer platforms, or open-source ecosystems. Deep knowledge of Apache NiFi and or modern data movement technologies (Kafka, Pulsar, Flink, Airflow, etc.). Proven ability to build developer-first products, including APIs, SDKs, or integration platforms. Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and open-source contributors. Experience working with open-source communities, fostering participation and driving contributions. Track record of launching successful data integration products in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise environments. Passion for developer ecosystems and making it easy for engineers to build and scale solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $222,000 - $339,200.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
