Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Developer - Solutions Development.

In this role, the successful candidate will be a member of the MCIT Corporate Services Department at NYULH, the position will support the Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) application and related technologies to provide meaningful analytic and reporting capabilities for its Business Intelligence program. The individual will be responsible for the support and innovation behind the OAS application, which includes working along side our BI data architecture team to drive data integration related projects, as well as documenting, designing, and building dashboards in conjunction with business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oracle BI platform design, development, and administration.
  • Oracle BI operational tasks such as analysis of enhancement requests, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
  • Requirement analysis and conversion to Oracle BI technical design.
  • Oracle BI report and dashboard design and development.
  • Data warehouse database modeling, design, and development.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree in computer engineering or closely related
Prior experience must include:
- 5 yrs progressive exp w/developing and coding in Oracle BI Administration tool for RPD development
- 5 yrs progressive exp w/developing OBI functional and technical specs and delivering solutions
- 5 yrs exp w/creating OBI reports and dashboards
- 5 yrs exp w/SQL programming and SQL querying tool (i.e. SQL Developer)
- 5 yrs exp w/developing and troubleshooting data integration solutions using a variety of technologies
- 5 yrs exp w/using Dimensional & Relational Data models
- 5 yrs exp w/gathering user requirements
- 5 yrs exp w/OBIEE, OBIA, Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") systems, Extract, Transform, Load ("ETL") tools, Oracle and/or SQL Server Databases, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Developer
Progressive experience is demonstrated by advancement toward increasingly complex or responsible duties.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $185,262.00 - $186,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
