We are looking for a hardworking manager to help lead this team and ensure their individual, and career, growth while aligning to the goals of New Relic. You will define and align sales goals, strategy, and tactics to our go-to-market initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with the technical account management team for cross-functional support. You'll have a deep understanding of all areas of the sales cycle and help bring in New Business into the organization. As a people manager you'll be a strong coach, have the ability to put the team first, solve problems and work well under pressure. The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position. This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document) and a competitive equity package. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
