Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct regular audits in accordance with the organization's audit schedule.
  • Investigate customer concerns.
  • Identify non-compliance issues and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training sessions to enhance quality awareness of employees.
  • Document audit processes and results; create audit reports.
  • Stay current with the latest industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Accurately read and interpret measurements from a tape measure.
  • Computer literate.
  • Perform mathematical calculations.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodology and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
  • Outstanding communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Reliable and Trustworthy.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Three - five years of steady employment with increased levels of responsibility. Previous experience with quality audits or similar.
