Paid Media Specialist- Global Digital & Performance Marketing

Join the LHH Global Digital & Performance Marketing team as a Paid Media Specialist. Here, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to positive brand perception, demand generation, lead acquisition, and ultimately, revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to align with the overall business goals globally and locally. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and media innovation, curious, ambitious, exceptionally self-motivated, and can support various initiatives concurrently.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Campaign Planning & Development:
    • Be the platform expert to independently plan, develop, configure, execute, and manage comprehensive digital media campaigns across platforms - LinkedIn and Google experience essential; Facebook, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other platform experience welcome
    • Manage campaign budgets, track ROI, and ensure maximum campaign efficiency
    • Partner with marketing stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for maximum business impact
    • Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, organize ad groups, and target specific audiences
    • Coordinate with marketing stakeholders and design team to ideate, manage creation of, and test compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
    • Provide insights and recommendations for scaling paid media efforts
    • Own campaign strategy and management request process
  • Campaign Performance Reporting, Optimization, & Paid Media Data Analysis:
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve maximum ROI and exceed KPIs
    • Create and own media reporting dashboard
    • Adjust bids and targeting to maximize business outcomes
    • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
    • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
  • Campaign Budget Management:
    • Oversee and manage overall paid media budget, ensuring campaigns manage to pacing and ROI expectations
    • Advise on budget and spend allocations on campaigns at both global and local level, based on marketing and business objectives, target audiences, platform context, and performance
  • Innovation & Trends:
    • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
    • Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital media buying, optimizations, and acquisition
  • Testing:
    • Conduct robust A/B and other testing to refine acquisition strategies and maximize return on investment
    • Develop and implement testing strategies across channels for insight into most resonate messaging and creative to support positive brand perception and lift
  • Vendor Relationships:
    • Build and maintain relationships with media partners to enhance campaign effectiveness
    • Support procurement of new vendors and platforms to reach marketing goals
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
    • Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to the success of partners across the company
    • Advise global and local marketing teams on paid media best practices, strategy, execution, and measurement

All About You

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media campaign management, including Google Ads, social media advertising, display and programmatic; agency experience desired
  • Knowledge of paid media best practices and solid experience with industry tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals (i.e. traffic, engagement, and conversion goals)
  • Familiarity with audience targeting, keyword research, and bid strategies
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and work with creative teams to deliver effective ads
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical orientation, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams toward a strategic vision
  • An understanding of attribution models and multi-touch customer journeys
  • Experience managing paid media budgets across channels and reporting on ROI
  • An interest in exploring emerging channels such as Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), audio, and other programmatic strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing and web analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus

  • Compensation: $80,000-90,000 plus bonus opportunity.
