JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing the consistent implementation and delivery of training and performance improvements. Work to assess and execute strategies relating to trends, opportunities and training needs. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Required Education Bachelors degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience, required. Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Training experience - 5 Management experience - 3 Project Management experience - 2 Call Center experience also required.
