Description

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing cost efficiency, quality, and reliability.
  • Build and implement scalable processes to support rapid business growth and new product launches.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and terms to drive cost savings and maintain flexibility in the supply chain.
  • Manage purchasing process for requisitions, orders, and goods receipt. Issue and track all critical raw materials orders.
  • Manage logistics partners to ensure efficient, cost-effective transportation and warehousing solutions.
  • Implement best practices for packaging, storage, and distribution of the products, ensuring compliance with the AS9100 standard.
  • Create and oversee demand forecasting models to ensure accurate supply planning.
  • Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and stock turns, and optimize inventory to balance supply availability with working capital.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any quality-related issues and uphold product standards.
  • Manage and develop processes for compliance with Export Regulations.
  • Continuously analyze and improve supply chain processes for cost, speed, and efficiency.
  • Implement technology solutions to enhance data visibility, track KPIs, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management strategy to mitigate disruptions, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
  • Proactively identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Coordinate with other management to ensure conformance to AS9100 requirements, supporting internal and external audits.
  • Generate monthly inventory and COGS reports to inform management on yield and efficiency; coordinate with corporate accounting for timely month-end closing documents.
  • Manage on-site records and documents to ensure security, integrity and confidentiality is maintained.
  • Organize and assure maintenance of purchasing and customer files to comply with AS9100 standards.
  • Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports as requested.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment and ensure site is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g. OSHA, Safety, etc.).

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors of Business Management (required)
Bachelors of Logistics /Supply Chain Management (required)
Experience
3 years: Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning, ideally within chemical manufacturing or a related industry (required)
