Advantest Test Solutions, Inc. (ATS) is looking for a Material Handler to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. ATS is a leading provider of massively parallel electronic test systems that includes System Level Test (SLT), burn in and semiconductor/module tests. ATS has an exciting line of high-performance test systems that support the semiconductor industry around the world. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, hands on and logical to work successfully in a stimulating manufacturing environment. This is an onsite role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



  • Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
  • Labeling and accounting for all transactions for products and placing them in inventory accordingly.
  • Identifying and locating the right products for sales orders packing slips/commercial invoices.
  • Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory physically and within the ERP database.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
  • Processes approved MRFs (material requests forms).
  • Delivers and transacts material to manufacturing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manages receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Maintains accurate transactions of daily moves, inventory, and counting accurately.
  • Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Ensures supplier packing slips are filed and maintained for at least 7 years.
  • Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
  • Coordinates with FedEx/UPS/others on processing and drop-off.
  • Packaging and supporting craters.
  • Loading pickups (systems/spares).
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and member- scanning ready area.
  • All other duties as required and assigned.
