The Test Tank Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the testing and job readiness of equipment, ensuring conformity to company standards while managing operations in high-pressure areas. The Supervisor ensures that all safety procedures are followed and that the equipment is prepared and verified for use.

Key Accountabilities

Supervise and control pressurized systems, overseeing the functionality testing of all field equipment. Assess and diagnose service issues, providing guidance for repairs as needed. Support and collaborate with the maintenance staff, offering operational assistance and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Ensure the quality of equipment through preventative maintenance and adherence to the Company's standard operating procedures. Document all work performed, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform and oversee final inspections of equipment, ensuring safety and operational efficiency before verifying that equipment is road-ready. Carry out all other job duties as assigned.

Language Comprehension:
Must understand and speak English at a proficiency level sufficient to issue, receive, and respond to both safety and operations-related directions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of FRAC experience preferred.
