IT Support Operations Intern - Summer Intern

The Opportunity

The IT Support Operations Intern will gain real-world application of the business and technical writing skills, and attention to detail being developed through their educational programs. As part of this role in IT support, the intern will be introduced to multiple business and IT teams and learn more about multiple job functions and products.

The role is being offered as a NJ or Pennsylvania remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, create and update knowledge articles (used by IT support and end-users)
  • Assist with the maintenance of the ITSM tool (e.g. products, assignment groups)
  • Assist with reporting including working with MS Excel and PowerBI
  • Works with service owners to shift work left and create meaningful KB articles
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required

  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Strong communication skills (written English)
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
