* Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Medical Secretary position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

6 months separation from employment.

MaineHealth Gastroenterology - Brunswick | MaineHealth has an immediate need for a full time Patient Service Representative/Medical Secretary to join our care team. The Patient Service Representative/Medical Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and office support for the providers in a multi-physician, practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associate degree or previous medical experience preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: N/A
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong accuracy and efficiency skills
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Ability to multitask and work independently
  6. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
