Junior Account Coordinator (1-2 years of experience)

Hybrid Role, 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home

40 hours a week for minimum 1 year- Strong possibility to extend!

Our pharma client acts as an in-house marketing agency and they are looking for a Junior Account Coordinator to work with the account services team with day-to-day tasks. This person will be working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at one time! Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of marketing or agency experience or internship experience. Projects include an array of marketing materials (print and digital), video materials as well as PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage day-to-day details of client projects from start to finish on time and within budget
  • Attend various client meetings, internal meetings at the agency, daily check in with the teams including projects and status updates
  • Ensure that all agency paperwork, estimates, billing and timelines are correctly completed and filed correctly
  • Develop timely and accurate project estimates with input from creative and other agency departments
  • Handle projects and monitor expenditures for client projects
  • Provide budget guidelines to creative and production teams
  • Creates, updates, and distributes Client and Agency status reports on a regular basis in accordance with account needs.
  • Writes and distributes detailed conference reports for Client and Agency meetings on a timely basis.
  • Creates other documents in accordance with account needs.


To be considered for this role, we are seeking the following experience and skills set:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or 1-2 years of experience working in a creative, advertising, marketing or administrative area
  • Ability to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of agency experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with eagerness to learn
  • Strong communications skills
  • Comfortable client facing
