Roasted Bean Fountain Worker - MGM Springfield

As a Fountain Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere for guests, ensuring their experience starts off on the right foot with a friendly demeanor and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, and engaging with guests to enhance their visit.

STARTING PAY: $17.30

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• To effectively take and place orders, begin by actively listening to customers and confirming their selections for clarity.
• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Clean and wipe down tables and counters while maintaining a clean but unobtrusive presence

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Knowledge of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment
• Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including, but not limited to toasters, refrigerators and coolers, slicers and beverage machines
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Basic computer skills and experience with varied Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Able to handle multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
