Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our client in Bloomington, MN! We are seeking qualified candidates with: Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving Familiarity with ERP software systems A reliable work ethic and a positive attitude! Here's what you'll do: Receive, sort, and verify materials for all deliveries at the plant, ensuring accuracy in the count and quality of received goods. Store materials in warehouse racking systems and maintain accurate records of their location. Locate materials to fulfill orders for production jobs and ensure timely assembly starts. Prepare materials for shipment, including pulling, packing, crating, and loading goods. Ensure all materials are accurately tracked and accounted for during any movement within the site. Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Operate powered pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, to move materials within the warehouse. Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines. Position Type: Direct Placement Pay: Up to $23/hr. Minimum 3 years' warehouse or shipping/receiving experience. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience using ERP software. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain standing for a portion of your shift if required by the production process. Must be able to handle units of medium weights (up to 30 Lbs).
