Responsibilities



  • Prepare Weekly Letter Returns report and work with SAM team to update addresses on report and in eManager
  • Manage address exceptions in eManager and take necessary steps to resolve exceptions
  • Send out weekly Compliance Letters and Version Upgrade Notification letters to those practices that had previous letters returned by working with both SAM and Marketing Teams
  • Prepare Weekly Cancellation Report including trends that are being identified and share with Lead
  • Prepare weekly SAM Assignment Report including identifying provider count, training dates and POD Designation. This report will also need to be shared with SAM Team Coordinator
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.


Requirements



  • Current College Student working on a Business, Healthcare, or related non-technical program
