Description

The Department of Economics at Columbia University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor in the field of climate economics to begin 7/1/2025. The responsibilities of the position include undergraduate and graduate teaching, research and publication, and institutional service.

The search committee is especially interested in candidates who will contribute to the diversity of the academic community.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Economics or a related field is required at the time of appointment. Applicants should have a demonstrated ability to engage in research and teaching at the undergraduate level and show promise for future development in research and teaching at the graduate level.
