About the Role

The Supply Chain intern will work closely with the Supply chain and Tech Ops teams to improve process documentation and procedure development. Preparing for D365 validation will be a key portion of the workload.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Supply Chain team to develop systems process documentation for New D365 system upgrade.
  • Assist in preparing for D365 validation by documenting procedures and processes.
  • Help to standardize work documents between US and OTIL entities.
  • Assist with forecasting and purchase and assist developing ways to automate.
  • Execute other projects and duties as assigned.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • High level of flexibility and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize the activities of the department appropriately.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and will be able to work in a high paced, timeline driven corporate office setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and familiar with basic data analytics including Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
