About the Role: We are looking for a Patent Agent to join our Intellectual Property (IP) Legal team. You will play a vital role in generating IP assets and IP strategies in support of innovation, technology development, and on-going business operations, including use of IP searching/analysis for competitive intelligence. This position will be aligned specifically to the Gore Medical Products Division known for our innovation and distinctive team culture; we work closely with healthcare professionals to solve some of the most complex medical challenges of today. Your role will be to identify and protect IP assets that support our innovative medical devices and medical materials, inclusive of vascular grafts, endovascular and interventional devices, surgical meshes, and biomaterials. You will play an active role in driving the IP efforts from generation of IP assets, in the form of trade secrets and patentable inventions, to IP life cycle management on a global basis. This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States. Responsibilities:
