As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. You'll work both strategically and operationally to spearhead HR initiatives that foster growth and development for our brand and its leadership. Your efforts will create an environment where our business and our people can thrive.

In your role as the HR Business Partner for the US, you'll be the go-to HR expert for all office and store colleagues within your sales markets. Your influence will help drive success and innovation across the board.

What you do:

  • Strategic and operational partnering with business leaders to align HR approaches with business goals.
  • Work alongside Global HR, & Other Stories and support in implementing various initiatives, both in the sales offices & stores.
  • Drive organizational development, collaboration and change processes.
  • Support with talent management processes such as competence development and succession planning according to current and future business needs.
  • Ensure the quality in the recruitment and introduction process and act as support through the process and follow up when needed.
  • Together with managers, ensure the quality of our processes for health, work environment and employee relations, including labour law.
  • Plan & communicate on different yearly HR activities
  • Being a strong role model and ambassador for our values and culture.

What you need to succeed:

  • Have a broad understanding and experience from working with HR in various areas.
  • You have passion and knowledge of the business, its functions, and can identify ways to collaborate across departments to achieve goals.
  • Strong in business acumen - can analyse HR data, identify opportunities and make informed decisions to strengthen talent management.
  • You are experienced in building trust and act with integrity in more challenging people related situations.
  • You have a confident communication approach, tailored to many parts of the organisation from store level, to office leaders and our global office.
Additional Information

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in New York.
