*Job Description *- Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Associate Team / Role: The Associate will provide broad support for the RCM team, including metrics/reporting, quality assurance/validation of key components of the Regulatory Change Monitoring and Management Framework (Framework), and management of workflow-related processes. The RCM team is the group within Regulatory Compliance responsible for administering the Framework, which includes the Legal and Regulatory Obligations (LRO) Inventory (growing to about 4000 in scope laws and regulations in 2025), regulatory change monitoring and management processes, and supporting metrics. The RCM team works most closely with the Legal team and other members of the Regulatory Compliance team (e.g., Compliance Monitoring and Testing, Policies and Training, Regulatory Exams, and Compliance Risk Assessment groups).
*Job Duties:* * Enhancing and strengthening quarterly metrics / reporting * Preparing and distributing quarterly metrics / reporting * Evaluating ability to provide information on regulatory trends * Supporting data mapping for Risk Assessments / RCSAs / Policies and Procedures * Performing QA of data on Regology and Archer platforms * Refining approach and executing QA / validation of alert feed sources / keywords * Assisting with review of new content providers and horizon scanning workflow tools (as needed) * Developing and maintaining RCM policies and procedures * Supporting training efforts * Supporting incident management for quarterly risk reporting * Supporting stakeholders questions / management * Supporting oversight of workflows to ensure they are functioning properly * Supporting project management with Regology * Other project work Job Requirements: * Strong analytical skills and familiarity with development and interpretation of metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements * Extensive experience with commonly used spreadsheet and presentation software (e.g., Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, Slides, Surveys) * Proven organizational / project management skills * Facility working with technology projects (e.g., developing and reading BRDs) * Strong communication skills and EQ that allow for interface with XFN partners throughout and external vendors * Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently * Clear written and oral communication skills * Active interest in crypto / web3 (and related laws and regulations) *Nice to Haves: * * Law degree / paralegal experience * Regulatory experience or familiarity with global fintech or financial regulations * Experience with regulatory change management and related tooling (e.g., content provider such as Regology and in-house GRC tool such as Archer) * Facility interfacing with technology teams, including the ability to draft BRDs * Experience with Google Suite and Slack * Familiarity with crypto / web3 (and related laws and regulations) *Experience Level *Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
