A PROGRESSIVE NATIONAL CREDIT UNION WITHIN ROCKLIN, CA IS LOOKING TO HIRE A HANDFUL OF SALES & SERVICE REPS TO JOIN THEIR GROWING TEAM! THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Starting Pay: $20.80/hr and $21.30/hr for bilingual Schedule: Mon-Fri - Must be open to an 8-hour shift between 6am-6:30pm Start Date: 3/3/25 Training Program is 5-Weeks $1 pay increase after 90 days based off performance $1,500 Training Completion Bonus after 90 days (paid out the following quarter) CAN BE EARNING UP TO $26.44/hr + QUARTETLY INCENTIVES OVERTIME WHEN YOU TRANSITION TO A SENIOR SALES AND SERVICE REP. THERE IS SALES & SERVICE REP I, II, & SENIOR Description: - Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions - Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs - Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage - Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression - Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals - 1st week: learning the ropes, systems/products/services they offer - 2nd week: will start speaking with members, working alongside a senior rep or trainer while senior rep navigates through computer systems - 3rd week: will switch, navigate computer systems while senior rep is on the phones - 4th/5th week: shadowing Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required - Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs - Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service - Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Benefits options include: - Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401K matching up to 5% per pay period - Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment - 11 paid federal holidays - Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) Experience Level: Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43264.00 - $46259.00/yr.
