Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking the position of a Pressure Washer Supervisor.

The Pressure Washing Supervisor performs various tasks with pressure washing machine, wet/vac and other equipment assigned to the team.

Salary: Starting at $21.00 - 23.00 per hour depending on experiencewith full benefits and weekly pay

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Ensure that all site reports are accurate and sent daily from all employees
• Ensure that all vehicles and pressure wash machines operate safely
• Train and coach personnel on heavy duty pressure washing equipment
• Safely operate company vehicle and equipment to ensure safety standards
• While performing this task adhere to high standards in keeping the properties looking at its best.
• Ensuring that all scheduled jobs and time keeping are properly recorded and submitted.
• Completing all other duties as assigned.
• Ensure that all employees use the Cell Phone Mercury system to clock in and clock out
• Ensure all employees adhere to corporate trainings Requirements

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience
• Current California Driver's License
• Willing to learn on tasks assigned
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Able to be on one's feet for extended period of time while lifting up to 50 pounds and moving up to 80 pounds
• Able to work with cleaning chemicals and complying with SDS sheets
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
