Essential Functions:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Schedule inbound loads of customer product, production materials and supplies to facilitate production needs.
- Schedule inbound/outbound shipments to meet customer due dates and requirements.
- Assure accurate verification of all counts, quantities, and descriptions of products and materials shipped and received.
- Facilitate replenishment of product and materials to production lines as needed.
- Process shipping/receiving transactions timely, including production issues, transfers and returns.
- Transact inventory movements using inventory control system as needed.
- Assist Operations management Team as needed.
- Interact with customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with both internal and external Customers to meet productions goals.
- Work overtime as required.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned, directed or requested.
- Average to above average skills using Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Assist with production planning as needed.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed.
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate information is being provided to Management.
- Accurately maintain documentation pertaining to shipping and receiving.
- Must be proficient in math.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One year of general warehouse office clerk experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and WMS systems.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee:
- Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 to 10 hours per day.
- Will frequently reach up and out.
- May frequently push/pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- May frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Work Environment:

- The work performed is in a factory environment
- The employee is frequently exposed to vibrations and dust and will be working around moving machinery
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at low decibels
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment
