This position provides general labor resources to support the Production Operations. Individuals in this position are trained to perform a variety of tasks/duties and required to complete assignments.

This is a seasonal Union position. A nine-month assignment only with no guarantees of regular, full-time employment. Seasonal employment is a form of temporary employment and seasonal employees are not eligible for company benefits, including but not limited to paid leave, paid holidays, insurance benefits, etc.

This position removes and cleans all debris and sludge from drained water basins using high-pressure hoses, shovels, and other heavy duty tools to remove debris and sludge.

Definition of Basin - holds thousands of gallons of water. Mud settles to the bottom causing build-up over time. These basins are cleaned to remove debris and sludge.

Other duties as assigned.

Generally, works 40 hours a week outside (all day) in a variety of extreme weather conditions with constant exposure to outdoor elements.

Must have the ability to carry up to 50 pounds; lift up to 75 pounds; remove manhole lids weighing up to 200 pounds with pry bar; walk on rough, uneven surfaces; lay flat and work in cramped/confined work areas; climb ladders and steps; operate manual, two-handed gate key.

Must be at least 18 years of age; and

High school diploma or equivalent; and

Valid driving license with good driving record.
