What you'll do

As the Revenue Operations Manager you will be responsible for aligning and optimizing revenue-generating functions across sales, marketing, and customer sales teams. You will drive revenue growth through optimizing processes and tools and aligning all Go-to-Market teams. You will manage all Revenue division tech stack, including Sales and Marketing CRMs, and revenue intelligence tools to create effective analysis of pipeline velocity and sales performance. You will also have a broad focus on systems, processes, and data needed to inform the division's growth strategy.

You will:



  • CRM Management: Manage and optimize Salesforce ensuring effective use and consistency across the organization.
  • Marketing Automation Software: Optimize HubSpot by creating alignment between Sales and Marketing teams through effective HubSpot management and CRM integrations.
  • Sales Intelligence Tools: Manage all sales technology and tools to ensure tools are integrated and utilized effectively and efficiently, proactively improving workflows and data quality through RevOps best practices.
  • Data Management: Establish and maintain accountability across system users for data input consistency, focusing on data integrity management and data analysis and reporting.
  • Prospecting Phase Setup: Develop custom and vetted sales campaign lists in Oureach.io based on campaign objective having researched contact information, personalization criteria, ICP qualifications, and account based selling adjacent contacts.


QUALIFICATIONS

You must have

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or a related field and four years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

You must have Salesforce and Hubspot experience to be considered for this role.

We'd like you to have



  • 6+ years relevant experience in sales, marketing, and account management with a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and process.
  • Construction management, civil engineering and/or agency background.
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong writing and content creation abilities.
  • Natural relationship builder with initiative, integrity, and reliability.
  • Understanding of software development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and Internet technology.


Technical skills we'd like you to have



  • CRM software: Salesforce and HubSpot (required)
  • Google cloud platform and G-Suite
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), OneDrive

Other requirements

This position requires up to 10% travel to clients and to Infotech's Gainesville headquarters as needed.
