As a Manager, Document Control you will lead a team of Change Analysts and Technical Writers supporting the product development and production efforts of Form Energy Engineering, Testing, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality Teams. You will oversee the generation and release of engineering and New Product Introduction Bills Of Materials (BOMS), support documentation into consumable packages for downstream internal customers, and maintain Form's Arena PLM system.

Your team will create Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through collaboration with our engineering teams. You will ensure ECOs are reviewed and released in a timely manner, and will modify the ECO process as needed to achieve acceptable results. You will be responsible for publishing ECO information and reports in order to notify all relevant parties of the upcoming and completed changes.

Your team will also support the creation of technical documentation at Form sites, for product assembly, installation, and operation manuals, and will ensure documentation is clear, current, and available at the proper place of use.

The Manager, Document Control is responsible for the maintenance and execution of our Arena PLM system, including potential changes to the system configuration and processes managed within Arena. The accuracy of the data stored in Arena PLM system is paramount to our success. You will monitor automated data inputs and outputs, immediately rectify any data inconsistencies or errors and ensure the attachments, BOMs, sourcing information, and other relevant metadata are stored accurately.

• Ensure the Arena PLM system is well managed and maintained

• Author and ensure ECOs are processed efficiently and effectively

• Continuously update the ECO process (and other PLM activities) to ensure tasks are performed efficiently

• Support a wide range of departments and teams using the Arena PLM tool

• On-board and train new Arena users, and ensure training documentation is current and available

• 3+ years experience using the Arena PLM system

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years of relevant experience

• Experience as a people manager in a manufacturing environment

• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication

• Unparalleled multi-tasking abilities

• Top notch critical thinking skills

• Ability to react to resets and changes in a fast-paced environment

• Able to learn and work with a variety of different tools and applications required for the role

Additional Requirements - strongly preferred, but not required:

• Experience managing, organizing, and maintaining large quantities of data

• Experience working with multiple different teams in a R&D environment

• Experience working with a CAD system (Solidworks preferred)
