Could you be our next Information Technology Operations Manager?

Shift: Day. Hybrid-2 days a week in the office

As an Information Technology Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage all areas of our IT infrastructure. You will possess a strong background in leveraging agile methodology, resource management, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, and effective leadership abilities. You will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Infrastructure Management: Support the entire IT infrastructure including networks, servers, databases, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Agile Methodology: Proven experience in implementing Agile methodologies in an IT environment to enhance flexibility, efficiency, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Resource Management: Efficiency allocate and manage IT resources including personnel, budget, and technology assets to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Interpersonal and Communications Skills: Maintain clear and effective communication with Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive management, to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives,
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure IT operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to safeguard the organization's data and IT assets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and products.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years experience in IT operations management or a related role.
  • Proven experience in implementing agile methodologies in an IT environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in resource management and budgeting.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
