How You'll Make a Difference

You will drive engagement, onboarding new Global Executive Council organizations and connecting the PMI community to accelerate the Global Executive Council's strategy. This position requires high-level expertise in relationship management, community building, and facilitating impactful interactions to enhance the value of PMI's Global Executive Council. Working closely with regional teams to execute the Global Executive Council Regional Strategy and strengthen relationships across diverse regions.

What You'll Bring to the Role




  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field required. MBA or related advanced degree a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, account management, customer success, or related fields required
  • Experience facilitating and delivering roundtables, webinars, and other engagement events.
  • Flexibility in working hours to be able to accommodate clients in all time zones
  • Ability to Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
  • Good technical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to identify resolution to problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and teams with a proactive, adaptive mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • High-level stakeholder management.
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
