Working with business departments, drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures. Assess and document training business needs, communicate existence of new process. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Oversee projects for business departments and/or act as a liaison/strategic partner between business and product team to define business processes and/or generate, update and create various products and services. When new processes are identified, may drive implementation or hand off to Product Team for implementation. Works in partnership with other Business Analysts to gather information and complete assignments.

This position will be heavily involved in a transition between old and new Salesforce system. Additionally, as we move from old to new there will be many manual processes that this position will assist with.

This position will evolve over time as our technology catches up with the business needs.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Gathers information and data on business process and procedures.
  • Receives/identifies problem or process, researches alternatives, contributes to presentations, tests to confirm, and participates in implementing solutions for defined business processes.
  • Works with business partners to create documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Salesforce support as we move users from old platform to new.
  • Generates standard reports. Reviews and audits information.
  • Supports customer facing training team to set up classes within the various systems, communicating between different business units, and pre and post class data processing.
  • Adhoc data projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Typically requires BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically less than one year of directly related experience
